Shirodara

Sirodhara came from 2 words Siro (head) and dhara (pouring of herbal liquids on specifics body parts). Sirodhara means pouring of herbal liquids over the third eye, head and scalp. Therapist pours a lot of oil on the third eye because there is a lot of system on the head and the central is on the third eye. When we are pouring the oil on the third eye, it will be open and stimulate all systems on the head. The patients lies on his or her back on wooden treatment table and cocooned in warm towel.

Shirodhara is our most meditative and relaxing treatment, soothing stream of warm oil is poured over the forehead and onto the chakra, your intuitive energetic center. It calms the central nervous system and integrates the mind and body.
